tous les ingr\u00e9dients: l\u2019eau, le fond de veau bien dilu\u00e9, le cidre ou vin rouge avec le thym, le laurier, le sel, poivre, et le cube de bouillon de b\u0153uf.<br \/>\nLes morceaux de viande doivent \u00eatre couverts, ajouter de l\u2019eau si besoin.<\/p>\n            <\/li>\n                                                  <li class=\"d-flex flex-column\">\n              <span>&Eacute;TAPE 4<\/span>\n              <p>Laisser cuire \u00e0 feu doux jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9bullition pendant 2h30 \u00e0 3 h.<br \/>\nV\u00e9rifier la cuisson.
