Inspir\u00e9 d\u2019une bou\u00e9e m\u00e9tallique coup\u00e9e en deux, ce design ing\u00e9nieux permet une <strong data-start=\"2383\" data-end=\"2404\">cuisson indirecte<\/strong>, \u00e0 chaleur douce et ma\u00eetris\u00e9e, avec une protection contre le vent et une meilleure r\u00e9partition de la chaleur. Le barbecue Weber devient rapidement un incontournable, r\u00e9volutionnant la <strong data-start=\"2589\" data-end=\"2613\">cuisson en ext\u00e9rieur<\/strong>. Il marque aussi le d\u00e9but du barbecue comme <strong data-start=\"2658\" data-end=\"2682\">produit grand public<\/strong> et non plus r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux cuisiniers exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s. Mais malgr\u00e9 ces \u00e9volutions, l\u2019esprit reste le m\u00eame : <strong data-start=\"3437\" data-end=\"3475\">partager un bon repas en plein air<\/strong>, entre amis ou en famille.
